Video Transcript

This video demo will give you a general overview of accessing user security permissions. When creating a user, you need to apply security permissions for the modules the user can access and what they can do within those modules. Users who are considered “Super Users” are the only ones who have access to “Departments,” “Users,” and “User Licenses.” To create a superuser, create and save the user profile. Enter a support ticket or contact your account executive via email and request that the user be granted super user access. Any full user may be a super user. There is no limit or additional cost for this access.

Access to all modules is permission-based. In the “User Detail” area of the user's record, you can designate which modules the user can access. Check the box to the left of the module name. Once you check the box to give the user access to that module, several sub-permissions will be available to designate. Once you have made the changes, click “Done” and “Submit.”
