We have automatically enabled the Disaster Recovery Portal option for all open bids. This does not affect how your bids appear in your agency’s vendor portal; your vendors will continue interacting with them as usual. The Disaster Recovery Bids portal helps bring extra visibility to your bids during this critical time.
Please note that any bids you create moving forward will not be automatically included in the portal. To include a new bid, select the “Advertise Bid” option located in the Bid Administration section of the bid details when creating the bid.
If you’d like to remove any of your bids from the Disaster Recovery Bids portal, uncheck the “Advertise Bid” box for that bid. You can control this separately for each bid.
