Transitioning to Single Sign-On (SSO)

Currently, users in organizations that are not utilizing SSO log in using a traditional two-step Email Address and Password method:

When you are successfully logged in, you will be taken to the home screen:

Once your organization transitions to SSO, you will no longer use the traditional Email Address and Password option to log in. Depending on your organization’s configuration, one of two options will be available to you:

Option 1:

The first step will continue to ask you for your email address:

For the second step, click Log in With Entra:

You are then taken to the normal home screen you see when logged in to Planetbids.

Option 2:

Note: Navigation to your Microsoft 365 Dashboard and the listed name of the app you click is organization dependent. For questions, please see your IT Department.

Once you have clicked the app to log in, you will be taken to your normal home screen.

Note: If you receive a similar error as below when logging in with Option 1 or Option 2 using SSO, please contact your organization’s IT Department:
