To unlock consensus scores, click Projects from the main menu and then click Project Evaluation:
Then, select the bid solicitation you wish to work with:
Click Evaluations:
Click Edit:
Note: The ability to unlock consensus scores is permission-based. Users must be granted permission through their user profile in the Admin menu.
To unlock the consensus score, go to the round you wish to do so, and click Unlock Consensus Score:
A box will pop up with some important information about what you’re about to do. Once you have read and understood those items, if you’d like to proceed, click Confirm Unlock:
Note: only the most recent round of locked consensus scores can be unlocked.
Once you have updated your consensus scores, submit and move through the evaluations as you normally would.
