This video will teach you how to add new agencies you would like to register with and to manage existing agency registrations.
The Account Manager lists the existing PlanetBids agency profiles associated with your email address. You can update existing profiles and add new ones simultaneously.
To access, click Account Manager from the upper menu in Vendorline.
To add an agency, click Add Agency. Click on the agency you wish to register with or use the search to find the agency. Click Save. Your profile with the agency will then show as “Pending”. To complete the registration, click Profile Editor. Set a password for the agency’s registration and confirm it. The password can be the same one you use for VendorLine. Scroll down to Company Information and ensure that the Business Type is filled out. Then, scroll down to Principal Owner and ensure that all four items are completed. Under Business Description, ensure that the 'In Business Since' field is completed. Under Matching and Notifications, ensure you have selected relevant categories so you receive the agency's bid notifications. Once you have completed these items, click Submit. You can now log into the agency’s portal.
To update your registration with an agency, select the agency from the list . Click Profile Editor and make the desired changes. When finished, click Submit.
