Can I withdraw my electronic bid?

Yes, you can withdraw your electronic bid at any time prior to bid closing. Select Place eBid, and then select Withdraw.
Withdrawn eBids are NOT considered Submitted and are not eligible for awards.
If you change your mind after withdrawing, you can begin the submission process again by selecting Place eBid.
If you have already submitted your bid and want to make changes, you do not need to withdraw and resubmit. Simply edit your current offer instead.
