Do I have to be subscribed to VendorLine in order to place Sub Bid Ads?

A profile is required but a VendorLine subscription isn't. If you want to place a Sub Bid Ad but do not wish to take advantage of the other services and benefits provided by VendorLine, you may select the Place Sub Bid Ad option upon completing the registration form.
