I signed up for VendorLine, but I can't log in with an agency to become a prospective bidder and download documents.

You must be a registered vendor with that agency.To register, go to Account Manager. If you have an existing profile with the agency:

Verify you are using the correct password (credentials may differ from your VendorLine account).
Use your email address for your username and the password you have selected.

If you don't remember your password, we would recommend that you update all accounts using Account Manager.

Select all agencies to be updated.
Select Profile Editor.
Enter your VendorLine password (or choose a different password) to update all agency passwords simultaneously.
Select Submit.
Select Yes.
