Why do I have Matched Bids but am not receiving the VendorLine Today emails? 

From the dropdown menu under your company name, Click My Account
  1. Click Profile Settings
  2. Make sure you have not deactivated VendorLine Today.
  3. Check your junk and spam folders.
  4. Ask your IT dept to whitelist @planetbids.com and @vendorline.com.
