In this video, you will learn how to update your email address, and change your password.

Once you are logged in to VendorLine, click your name or business name in the upper right corner of your screen and choose My Account. To update your email address, select Change   Email. From there, enter your password and the new email address you wish to use, and then click Submit. You will be automatically logged out when the email address change request is sent.

A verification email is sent to the updated email address. Once you have verified the email address change, your VendorLine email address automatically updates the Email address  on all your PlanetBids agency vendor profiles. Note: if there is a duplicate profile in the Agency list with the updated email address, an error message will appear. If you experience this, please contact Support.

To change your password, select Change Password. From there, enter your current password and then your new password twice. When creating your new password, be sure to follow the password criteria. When you are finished, click Save.

You should now be able to update your email address and password.
