Why don't I have any matched bids? Why am I not receiving bid notification emails?

Matched Bids and VendorLine Today (email notification of matched bids) are based on the Notification Criteria set in your profile. These include Categories, Keywords and States. You will receive an email when bids matching your criteria are posted.

 

  • To receive proper matches, make sure you select all applicable categories. You can search for categories by keywords and by category ID. If a category is listed numerous times, select all adaptations.
  • Enter up to 30 keywords that describe the goods or services you provide.
    • Enter root words. Example: "paint" for painting, painter, paints.
    • Separate keywords by a comma. Do not hit "enter" between words.
    • Select state(s) you are interested in receiving bid opportunities from. Note: This will narrow your results. Leave states blank to search all states.
