What is the PlanetBids Vendor Network (formerly Bid Broadcast), and how do I use it?

The PlanetBids Vendor Network provides agencies with greater outreach when announcing bid opportunities.

The PlanetBids Vendor Network can be used anytime as long as the bid stage is set to Planning or Bidding.

1. Change the stage from Draft to Planning or Bidding, or select Edit on a live bid.
2. Select Send Notifications to the PlanetBids Vendor Network.
3. Select Categories and choose the desired code(s). You may select any category description.
4. Select additional criteria, if applicable.
5. Select Search.
6. Save and Publish.

Matching vendors will be sent an email inviting them to register with your Agency and participate in the project.
