      Why can't I award the bid?

      To award a bid, the Vendor(s) must be marked Responsive.
      1. Go to Bid Results tab.
      2. Open a Result Detail or select Update Multiple and select vendors.
      3. Change Bid Responsive to Yes.
      4. Click Save.
