Why can't I enable the score card?

  1. Go to the Technical Qualifications tab and under Qualification Scores give each bidder a Pass or Fail score for Overall Grade.
  2. Make sure at least one Criterion is defined for the round.
  3. If Round 2, make sure at least one bidder has been selected.
