Why can't the Vendor edit their application?

Applications with the status of Pending, Denied, or Audit cannot be edited by the Vendor. If you change the Current Status to Deficiency, Vendors can make the necessary edits and resubmit.

Approved Vendors will need to select Re-Apply.
