Why can't the Vendor find the insurance request?

Please check the status of the Request. Vendors cannot see requests in Draft or Closed status.

If the vendor still cannot see the request, the company may have multiple profiles. The request is tied to the login for the specific profile selected. Vendors may contact support for assistance.
