Text and Document Formatting  
To format text within your documents, highlight the text you wish to format. This will bring 
up the text formatting options: 


From left to right, starting at the top, the functionality is as follows:  

  • Heading Options
  • Font
  • Font Size
  • Bold
  • Italics
  • Underline
  • Strikethrough
  • Text Color
  • Fill Color
  • Hyperlink
  • Bulleted List
  • Numbered List
  • Indent*
  • Outdent
  • Left Align
  • Center
  • Right Align
  • Comment

Click the button(s) corresponding to the formatting option(s) you wish to use to format your text. 

*Notes:

Indent: not available for the first item in a list. You can use the indent button or tab key on your keyboard to indent your list further. The indent/outdent options are not displayed in your toolbar in the normal context of a document, outside of a list. 

If you would like to add a horizontal line anywhere within your document, choose the 
“Horizontal Rule” option: 

Draggable nodes are helpful for rearranging sections, paragraphs, tables, or images. To move one of these items, grab the handles (a hand icon will appear) and drag to the location you wish to move it to:

If you want to undo something you have done, use “Ctrl-Z” or “Command-Z.”
