Using an Existing Template
Sometimes, you may want to use an existing template that a co-worker has created or imported into the system. To do this, click on Document Management from the main page of the PB system:
Click Create a Document in the upper right corner of your screen:
Document Title is a required field:
Once you have named your document, click Next in the upper right corner of the screen:
You will now Use a Template and click Go to use an existing template to create your document:
All the documents designated as templates will appear in the list. Click the name of the template you wish to use:
Your document will then load into the document viewer window using the selected template. You can then make any necessary changes to the document.
